This is a blog post on Love Your LinkedIn Profile by Natalie Berthe. My invitation to join the 30-day trust score recovery challenge. The rules, the tracking, and how we can teach the algorithm together.

Join me: how you can improve your LinkedIn trust score too.

The rewards are worth it

By Day 3, I was already noticing small improvements. Not dramatic, but enough to keep me motivated.

I’ve also engaged with content outside my usual niche, which has been unexpectedly interesting.

How you can join

  1. Follow the five rules from earlier in this series.
  2. Track your activity and results. (Want my spreadsheet? DM me on LinkedIn.)
  3. Engage consistently, even when it’s inconvenient.
  4. Share this experiment with others so we can teach the algorithm together.

LinkedIn’s algorithm isn’t going to change overnight. And there are things about it that desperately need to change, like the inherent bias it’s demonstrating.

But we can work within its rules to regain visibility, and then use that visibility to change the system.
